Hi! I’m Jeff Stewart, a chef, educator, wellness advocate, and founder of FoodU. All my life has been rooted in the belief that food is more than fuel. It’s about joy, connection, and a source of wellness. After losing over 140 pounds through a method I share here, I know firsthand that transformation isn’t about quick fixes or deprivation—it’s about building a lifestyle you love and can sustain.

With decades of experience as a Red Seal certified chef, sommelier, and educator, I bring the same level of artistry, creativity, and care to wellness both in and out of the kitchen. My approach combines evidence-based nutrition, real-world strategies, and a deep respect for flavour and culture, helping clients achieve their health goals without sacrificing the pleasures of great food.
